Non-Returnable Items

- Opened massage oils or liquid-based products
- Used massage devices or items showing signs of wear
- Gift cards or digital products
If an item is defective upon arrival, it may still be eligible for replacement or refund — contact us for assistance.
Condition of Returned Items
Eligible items must be returned in:
- Original packaging (when possible)
- Unused or gently tested condition
- Including all accessories, manuals, and components
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we can send a replacement at no additional cost. In some cases, you may be asked to provide a photo or short video to help our team verify the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow the return process.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the issue is our responsibility (wrong item, damaged, defective): we cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to personal preference: the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
